Stacey Stafford is our Viewings and Applications Manager. Stacey has had many years experience in real estate; both in sales and property management. We take the application process extremely serious, a process which sets a benchmark of the highest level of service we provide to our landlords in ensuring your most valuable asset is cared for. Stacey meets every prospective tenant at the property and will arrive 5 minutes prior to the viewing time.  This gives Stacey the opportunity to open the house up, turn lights on, open window furnishings, turn air conditioning on etc.  At Ray White Munro Partners, we believe the same respect should be given to tenanted properties as if it was a sale property to ensure your property is presented in peak condition.  Stacey telephones each respective landlord prior to leaving the home to advise of the viewing conducted, number of prospective tenants that viewed the property, any feedback - positive and constructive, to ensure our landlords are receiving factual market feedback. Once a fully completed application is received, we ensure the applying tenants provide us with 100 points of identification. The applications are processed thoroughly, proof of employment is confirmed, personal and business references are checked and TICA searches are undertaken to ensure the applying tenants are not listed. Stacey will then telephone the respective landlord to present the application to them for consideration.  Once approval is provided, and the bond (4 weeks rent) + 2 weeks advance rental has been paid by the tenant, the leasing department contacts the approved tenants to make an appointment for their tenant induction which includes signing of all lease documentation and to arrange the connection of all essential services.
