Tracy is a member of the Munro Family.

Tracy's career path has taken her to the media, event management and shopping centre management. Tracy Managed the largest shopping centre in Hobart for 7 years before returning home to join the family business in 2007.

Tracy heads the Property Management Department with passion and excellence for service.

Her strong ethics and passion for the industry is evident in the mannner in which the department is set up and the strict code of conduct applied for each staff member.

"Service, Communication, Excellence & attention to detail" are mandatory.
