Powerhouse Townsville business owners Santo and Giovanni Spinella have moved their high performing agency to Ray White as they align with the leading group’s cutting edge technology and growth focused strategy.

The Spinellas, who have been in business together since 2015, are firmly focussed on today and not the past.

The pair are now backed by the biggest property group in Australasia in opening Ray White Townsville. The Spinellas have made a substantial investment into their new location for their team who are considered family members.

It’s taken as a clear market signal when the biggest business in Townville moves to Ray White to power themselves for the next decade and beyond.

Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew said the Spinellas were the perfect fit.

“Our ambition is to have the best business in each respective market. Santo and Giovanni are the clear real estate leaders in Townsville so it is a wonderful fit. They have an obvious dedication to their community and their clients which aligns with the values at Ray White,” he said.

“The Spinellas have incredible momentum. We are looking forward to seeing what comes next for the team and what we can achieve together.”

The locally born and bred brothers were well known for their trademarked phrase “choose your agent, choose your result’.

Co-director Giovanni Spinella, who sells more than 125 houses a year, has experience across a broad range of property types with a focus on the prestige market.

“Ray White is synonymous with Australian real estate and we’re looking forward to deepening the group’s presence in Townsville and to become an auction specialist in our city. We have a strong culture within our team as well as the community,” Giovanni said.

“We knew aligning with Ray White would help us take our business from strength to strength. We need the best systems and a company who considers the future with investment and a high level of support for our team. Ray White offers us a platform for our agents to be more productive with better insights and this in turn will support our team's work life balance.”

The Townsville agency has won the REIQ Regional Agency of the Year for the last two years for helping more than 700 families in 2022. The group manages almost 800 properties for their owners and has a plan to expand its footprint.

Santo Spinella runs the operation and thrives on the dynamic nature of real estate and has an ability to maximise the value of a client’s most valuable asset within the most challenging of market conditions.

Co-director Santo Spinella takes a proactive hands-on approach supporting his team and his clients.

The pair and their team are well known for their customer-centric approach, and market knowledge.

“We are the same familiar faces that our clients know, now at a new and much bigger home. We have always been a premium service provider and we have high standards to uphold and Ray White is the market leader,” Santo said.

“We have huge ambitions and want to be the best with the top group.

“Now more than ever we are so proud of our staff and our new premises which look spectacular.

“Our goal, as always, is to put our clients first and deliver them the results they deserve.”
