Caitlin McFawn

Recognised for her hardworking demeanour and great sense of humour, Caitlin has been an integral and respected part of the Ray White Townsville Family since 2020. Having been involved in the Real Estate Industry for just over 10 years, Caitlin has become well versed and knowledgeable in a range of different facets including administration, sales, property and asset management and even has experience running clearance sale auctions. Commitment to her role has seen her constantly challenging herself to learn new skills, adapt to the ever-changing market conditions and gain an extensive and in-depth understanding of the local area and our trends.

Following the birth of her beautiful daughter, Caitlin now balances work life and being a proud Mum by assisting the team in all things marketing, focusing primarily on graphic design and social media management. During her (limited!!) spare time, Caitlin loves swimming, eating super fancy food paired with a good vino and binge-watching realty TV- perfect!
