Declan joined the Ray White Townsville family in 2022 as a key part of our Marketing Team, as sole Matterport Camera Operator for the business. Faced with constantly evolving technology within the industry, Ray White Townsville has made it a mission to tackle our property marketing strategies with consistency and transparency.

The introduction of 3D technology and subsequent manufacturing of the Matterport Camera has been revolutionary in the way we show our properties. Conducting a full, 360-degree rotation every 1 metre whilst moving throughout a property, Declan can showcase a home in its exact current state, to almost exact specifications and measurements, allowing you to feel as though you are physically walking through a property with just a touch of your finger on your chosen device. The camera also uses a laser to pinpoint where walls and doors are, generating a floor plan as it travels. This allows our business to market our properties for both sales and property management without leaving anything to the imagination!
