Coralie Macdonald

Coralie joined the Ray White Townsville family just prior to Christmas in 2022, bringing her bubbly energy and enigmatic sense of humour to the team! A proud Kiwi and a child of 6, Coralie is a dedicated family woman with one daughter and two stepchildren, as well as an aunty to many and grandma to one! After moving to Australia, Coralie took employment within the retail industry, and quickly exacerbated her charm and skill, working her way up to Customer Service Management, where she remained for over 22, loyal years!

Leading a team of 55 employees, Coralie has experience in customer resolution and satisfaction, rostering, self-development leadership, customer and team engagement, safety, return-to-work initiatives, merchandising, community engagement and fundraising, and much, much more! Coralie was working a busy Sunday when her call to Real Estate came. Ben, our dedicated Sales Agent, happened to go through Coralie’s register and before you know it, Coralie took a chance to get her foot in the door, and is now a proud Sales Associate to Ben, working from bush to beach and everywhere in between! Coralie enjoys working with people from all walks of life and brings a fiery passion and eagerness to learn. Having had some experience in Real Estate previously, working with her (soon-to-be) hubby renovating and flipping older homes, Coralie is taking the industry by storm and has solid plans to become an independent Sales Agent herself.

Outside of work, Coralie is a crazy plant lady who loves to bake and cook, and fun fact, Coralie has over 150 sets of Old English Teacups, and LOVES to collect fine dinnerware and host fabulous high teas! We can’t wait to support Coralie along this exciting journey.
