Madigan has a natural ability to connect with people and has a strong focus on building solid working relationships and establishing a loyal network of clientele. With a background in Retail Management, Madigan is an effective negotiator and great at conflict resolution, making her a fantastic part of the Asset Management team.

Madigan got her first taste of the property market when she became a home owner herself at the young age of 19. She has a vast understanding of the processes involved in the Real Estate industry, and thrives on the variety that her role brings, excelling by meeting the challenges and maximising the opportunities presented to her. Combined with her strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure, Madigan is committed to self-growth and her personal development is what keeps her motivated.
